Delete Data

At LullaBook we respect your family's privacy. You can ask us to delete your personal data while keeping your account open, so you can continue using the app with a fresh start.

1. Open the LullaBook app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account.
4. Select Delete My Data and confirm.

Your personal data is permanently deleted, and your account stays active.

Send an email to support@aidignite.io:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Send it from the email address registered to your LullaBook account, and include the child's first name as shown in the app so we can confirm the right account.

We will verify the request and confirm once deletion is complete.

• Your child's first name, age range and derived date of birth
• Saved characters, generated stories, favourites and offline downloads
• Star ratings, XP and level progress
• Any cloned voice and the voice sample used to create it
• Your notification and reminder preferences

Where a speech-technology provider holds a copy of a cloned voice, we send it a deletion instruction within 7 days of your request and keep a record that we did so. Our contracts require those providers to delete the data on our instruction. Because they operate their own systems, we cannot control the exact moment deletion completes on their side.

We keep only what the law requires. In practice this means transaction and tax records relating to purchases, which Malaysian law requires us to retain for seven years. Anything kept on this basis is stored securely, is not used for any other purpose, and is deleted at the end of that period. Deleted data may remain briefly in routine encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten on our normal cycle.

We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

• This does not delete your account. You can keep using LullaBook. To close your account entirely, see Delete Account.
• This does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
• Deletion cannot be undone. Stories and cloned voices cannot be recovered once deleted.
